White-Labelling (Enterprise)

White-labelling is an Enterprise capability that is available only when the corresponding feature and plan entitlement are enabled for your team. Where enabled, it can support a custom-branded developer portal for agencies, service providers, and enterprise teams.

What you can customize

  • Logos: replace Biztraak’s logo with your own.
  • Colors & Themes: apply your brand’s color palette and typography.
  • Domains: run on your own custom domain (e.g. portal.myagency.com).
  • Emails: brand client notifications and system messages.
  • Marketplace: curate a private Marketplace for your clients.

Use Cases

  • Agencies & Dev Shops
Deliver client portals that look and feel like your own platform.
Use white-labelling to manage multiple client projects under your brand.

  • Enterprises
Provide an internal developer platform with corporate branding.
Extend Biztraak for internal teams without external branding.

  • Partners
Build extensions and federated apps that fit seamlessly into client-facing platforms.

Availability

  • The capability is plan-gated and feature-gated.
  • Enterprise eligibility does not by itself guarantee that every branding, domain, Marketplace, email, or compliance option is enabled.
  • If White-Labelling is not present in the product for your team, contact your Biztraak administrator or account representative before planning a rollout.

Setting up white-labelling

When the workflow is enabled:

  1. Navigate to your Team Dashboard.
  2. Select Settings → White-Labelling.
  3. Upload the brand assets exposed by the workflow:
    • Logo (SVG or PNG)
    • Color palette (primary, secondary, accent)
    • Typography preferences
  4. Configure a custom domain only when the workflow exposes domain configuration and the required DNS setup.
  5. Save the changes and verify the branded portal before sharing it with users.

Advanced Options

  • Custom Marketplace
Limit what templates, apps, and integrations clients see.
Publish assets through the Marketplace workflow and confirm the visibility options exposed to your organization.

  • Multi-Team Branding
Apply different branding per team or per client portal.

  • Compliance Branding
Branding does not by itself change the evidence, authorization, or compliance behavior of the underlying workflows.

Best Practices

  • Prepare a consistent set of brand assets before setup.
  • Use subdomains (like portal.client.com) for smoother SSL and DNS config.
  • Combine with Roles to restrict who can manage branding.
  • Pair with Marketplace to distribute custom templates or apps under your brand.

Next steps

  • Teams → learn how teams structure collaboration
  • Marketplace → curate branded templates and apps
  • Compliance → keep your branded environments operationally visible and review-friendly

White-labelling turns Biztraak into your platform, keeping the power of automation and compliance while presenting it as your own.
