Teams & Access
Biztraak makes collaboration simple.
Teams let you group members, assign roles, manage billing, and collaborate on projects securely.
What is a Team?
A Team is a shared workspace where multiple people can:
- Collaborate on projects and deployments
- Share access to cloud accounts and credentials
- Manage billing and usage centrally
- Assign roles with fine-grained permissions
Every Biztraak user can belong to multiple teams.
Team Structure
- Members: the people in your team
- Roles: define what each member can do (Owner, Admin, Developer, Viewer, etc.)
- Projects: apps owned and managed by the team
- Billing Accounts: payment methods and cloud accounts linked to the team
Creating a Team
- From the dashboard, select New Team.
- Give your team a name and optional logo.
- Invite members by email or link.
- Set initial roles and billing accounts.
Once created, you can add projects and start collaborating.
Managing Teams
- Members: add, remove, or update roles from the Members page.
- Roles: customize access controls (see Roles).
- Billing Accounts: link or update payment methods and cloud accounts (see Billing Accounts).
- White-Labelling: apply your brand across dashboards and client-facing portals (see White-Labelling).
